"We've been vacationing in Park City one week every winter for over ten years to ski and board. We love the close proximity to Salt Lake International Airport where we only have a half-hour's drive to be on the slopes or settling into accommodations.
After deciding to rent in Park City for a year to find out if it was a place we'd like to live, we fell in love with Park's Edge and decided to buy there. We were first attracted by the upgrades that are standard, the quality of the building and how energy efficient the homes are. We also loved the layouts of their three models -- hard to choose! On top of these things, we were very impressed with the sales staff's knowledge, friendliness and their willingness to get every question answered.
We're within 5-10 minutes of Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons. We're also very excited about the new clubhouse and workout room and soon-to-be built pool and hot tub."

After driving to Park's Edge, we discovered it was in a great location with beautiful architecture. There is no traffic congestion with easy access (via the new short cut we found) to all Park City activities, especially Deer Valley's back mountain gondola. Park's Edge also has outdoor activities right out the front door and lots of planned and improved open space. Additionally, the new clubhouse house has the latest exercise equipment when it's too cold to be outside.
My husband is a large commercial real estate developer and builder. As such, the quality of the community, architecture, quiet interiors, finishes, construction methods, materials and green/sustainable features were very important to us. The Park's Edge homes and team have met all of our expectations. They have taken care of all our needs during construction and after construction. "As we all know buying a house is a very stressful process. It is
particularly stressful for people like me who are looking to move from NY to
Utah. When I saw the "Park's Edge" I fell in love with how beautiful the
architecture was. Then, upon further research I saw how well it was built
(energy efficient, quality of the products used, etc.). The little details
that they have thought about to sound proof these buildings are amazing.
(The stairs are not attached to the walls so that the noise don't get
transferred to the unit next door, other membrane that covers the
insulation, the gap between units all are construction techniques that I'd
never even think to ask. But I was still skeptical: Does the reality match
the hype? Well I have to tell you the web site doesn't do justice to what
they have accomplished. Everything that is on the web site is a reality and
some. I actually saw my unit as it was being built with blown in insulation
etc. So now I was convinced that I was buying a great home.

The next question was: How are the builders? I met Mike who was one of the nicest people I have met. After a couple of days with him, I consider him a
friend. Mandy who works for the builders actually helped me pick the the
stuff since I have absolutely no taste at all. She was so pleasant. They
promised that the it would be finished by Oct 1. They sent me pictures of my
unit showing the progress that they had made throughout the summer. I spoke
to them last week and my unit is done. Ahead of schedule. They are even
helping me with the move now.
They connected me a wonderful bunch of people at Veritasfunding who have been just as wonderful. They took care of everything for me and I expect to
close within the next week or so. Believe or not this was a pleasant
experience and I'd recommend these guys to anybody. The location is
beautiful. Minutes from the Canyons, Deer Valley and Park City resort.
Minutes from the Jordanelle reservoir. Beautiful pool and hot tub, gym. Real
honorable, honest, great builder who has built a wonderful home in a
beautiful place. I consider them my friends now.
